Delivery & Returns

We are situated on Burgate, Canterbury, just a few doors down from the Cathedral gate. We can't wait to welcome you to our lovely shop!

Click & Collect 
We are open for Click & Collect every day. We will let you know when your order is ready to pick up.

Local Delivery 
We can deliver personally within a four mile radius of our shop in Canterbury. We aim to deliver within 48 hours of your online order.

UK Delivery 
Standard signed for delivery in the UK is free when you spend £50 or more, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days. Orders under £50 cost £4.50. We can also send by first class Royal Mail delivery for a flat fee of £6. Please note, you cannot stack discount codes, if you use a discount code, free shipping will not be activated. This helps to keep us in business!

We are not currently sending parcels overseas as of December 2025. We have been struggling with tariffs, customs charges, and missing parcels, but hope to look at this again in 2026. Please get in touch if you live outside the UK and there is something that you would like to order.

Returns 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to help! Simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt. 

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item. 

Please note: 
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. 

In the unlikely event that an item arrives broken, we may require photographic evidence before sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Please check your delivery carefully and notify us of any problems within 14 days of receipt. 

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 10 working days for a refund to be processed.
