Delivery & Returns
During this difficult time, I have switched to a courier company that picks up from my doorstep to avoid unecessary journeys. As a result, we are currently unable to offer Royal Mail First Class delivery. We will keep posting as long as the courier companies are still working!
If you are local to our Cranbrook shop, we can now offer Click & Collect. You can collect your order on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday, between 1-3pm, and we will notify you when it is ready to pick up. Please note, it is only possible within those hours. Our website stock is kept in a separate location, so please place your order the night before to ensure that you can collect the following day. We will add more days and times when permitted by government.
Standard delivery in the UK is free when you spend £25 or more, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days. Orders under £25 cost £2.75.
We can also send by first class Royal Mail delivery for a flat fee of £4.50.
We are able to send goods overseas so please contact us if you are interested in buying from us. Due to escalating carrier costs, we will need to quote individually for each overseas order. Please note, although we will post any item overseas, and pack it as well as we can, we cannot guarantee that fragile items that include porcelain, china and glass will be well treated in transit. These items are ordered at your own risk. We hope you understand.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to help! Simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives broken, we may require photographic evidence before sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Please check your delivery carefully and notify us of any problems within 14 days of receipt.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 10 working days for a refund to be processed.
